Illegal parking at the backlane of CSR

There is constant illegal parking at the backlane of our condo. The backlane is also often littered with rubbish.Illegal parking may attract undesirable characters lurking around. They may also block the rubbish trucks serving the condo. Hope our residents report this CONSTANTLY to the traffic police or LTA and the relevant authorities to rid these problems. More reportings will be more effective, I suppose.
