Parking woes Empty Parking woes

City Square condo appears to be a dumping ground for bicycles.
There is this particular bicycle parked and chained to a lamp-post
just outside our security guards!! Yes.....in front of our guard post!!
It has been there for ages....what happened to the owner and isnt
he/she quite brazen about it ??
( to park right under the noses of our guards!!)
Also, motor bikes parked behind walkway of our condo and bicycles chained
to our metal fencing.
Our condo is precious to us. Let us all unite to complain. Make this condo
a cleaner and healthier environment for the residents.

Parking woes Empty Parking Woes - Bicycles

Surely the secuity guards saw the people parking their bikes at the vicinity of our "grand" entrance. Why didn't they shove off the bikers? Were the guards hiding in the guard house or busy talking? The guards are supposed to be on 24 hr duty, so don't tell us they don't notice what's going on.
Drastic action would be to puncture the bicycle tyres if warnings fall on deaf ears. This may appear "mean" but sometimes, "soft" approach doesn't work.

Surprised I hate to say this...but..yes, the bicycle is still there day and night!!! Mad .
It disappears around night time and reappear at about 6am!!
Does it belong to one of our guards or workers?? If so, why is Mr. Tan
not doing anything about it?? Condo area is not that big for him to walk
around and check,right??
