Handicap Parking Lots Empty Handicap Parking Lots

Post  Geronimo Tue Dec 29, 2009 10:59 am

Inspite of all the education and comments in the newspapers, there are still morons living among us who frequently park on the handicap lots (common at Blk 12, 10). I understand that this is an offence under the law. Is our management office taking any action on this uncivilise act? Hope there is a rule which our management can 'clamp' the wheels of these morons. A black toyota camry is often found parked there.

Geronimo.
