Tour group visiting our condo??

I left the condo today at around 1pm to pick up my child. On my way out, I noticed a group of 'visitors' queueing at the Guard Post to sign-in to the condo.
The group profile caught my attention. All 8 to 9 (or more?) of them are Asian looking, but obviously not locals. Each one had a trolley luggage in hand. All look about similar age: 50-ish.
They were signing in, so perhaps the security guard post should have some details of which Unit they are heading to.
