Access Card - complaint by Liew Siew May

A resident from Blk 8 has asked me to write on her behalf that weeks ago she applied for an Access Card for her son and lo & presto!, it turned plain white ...........Magic or is it a cloned card that was confiscated n now they use it. The manager Mr Tan & committee kindly revert to her n explain.
She will not surrender her card unless she is satisfied with the explaination as she is afraid her card will be taken away n she got no proof that this actually happened.

The resident should speak to the management office. It is not clear what the issue here is, and MA will be in the best position to check and advice,
