MA's reply for circular

went down to management office regarding the status of our request to send circulars to all SP. MA's reply was CDL still in discussion. Told her to ring CDL STAT and the reply was for us to send in a draft for the circular. Informed her we need all this data in black and white. She will email it to Mr Freddy. They will also decide whether to send circulars (this will incur cost for us) really thoughtful of them to care for our pockets or to put up as notices.
