Poolside Chairs
I noticed that there were quite a no. of poolside chairs being damaged. Can anyone share what is the cause? These are considered our property since we are paying the maintenance every quarterly, shouldn't we take care of it? Otherwise this additional cost will be transferred to us. By the way, TOP just obtained less than 2 years only and the poolchair shelf life is so short?
MA, could pls educate (residents/tenants/guests) on how to use and what is the purpose of having the poolside chair? Additionally, I urge the MA to enforce the security guards to check on the poolside users as they may be outsiders occupying the poolside chair chit chatting; smoking; talking on the phone etc.

Poolside Chairs
I do agree with maymay. It is true that our chairs are being damaged
by, not only outsiders, but by tenants who dont have to pay service charges
and sinking funds!! They do it because they dont care!! So sad ..but true!
Yes, they do need lots of education re usage of common property. Even the
snooker room has graffiti on the walls...in Korean letterings!!! Now, isnt that a
good clue as to who is the culprit?? MA....do something PLEASE!
