2nd AGM on 6th March 2010....
pls check your mailbox for the snailmail from Managing Agent on the announcement. It is in our interest to turn up in big numbers and show support for better management of the estate.

Just my thots, i think to win the takeover of the Management Agent may not be the best Owners choice afterall.
I believe there are alot of owners who do not stay and live at CSR at all.
To me, they are the so called investors of this devt estate which make up of around 75.5% who did not turn up at the AGM.
I'm guessing that they may not be as ignorant to the issues and concerns that happened at the estate.
But in fact they are more concerned and worried about issues which will affect them such as tenant's conveniences or short term tenants' accommodation.
so much i can think of now...
So with this, Residents like us who wanted to come together to improve and build a family may not be ideal for them.
Some rules and complaints created by us were a very good deterring method for this investor to carry on their renting.

YUP, I WAS THINKING ALONG THE WAVELENGHT OF HTCBLUES....LOSS DUE TO OWNERS WHO RATHER HAVE RULES RELAXED FOR THEIR SHORT TERM CONVENIENCES. I AM NOT GOING TO SPECULATE ON THEM BUT MOST OF US CAN GUESS.
EASE OF TENANTS MOVING AROUND THE CONDO GROUNDS AND FOR THEMSELVES....WHY DO THEY NEED A STRICTER REGIMENTED CONDO AS THEY ARE NOT THINKING EVEN LONG TERM.
ON THE BRIGHT SIDE IF WE MANAGE THE CONDO WELL AND ENFORCE CHECKS AND STRICTER REGULATIONS, RENTAL PRICES WOULD INCREASE AND OUR PROPERTY PRICES NATURALLY FOLLOWS. WHEN OUR RENTAL INCREASES, AUTOMATICALLY WE WLL HAVE MUCH LESS PROBLEMS WITH OUR CONDO IMAGE AS NOT ANYBODY CAN BEAR THE INCONVENIENCES.
