Whom to write to regarding defects / non-compliance of condo rules

Thanks to user:limteepar for pointing out whom we can write to with regard to our observations.

I will pin up this topic so that all users can easily locate/notify the management.

I would appreciate it if others could point out the numbers or emails of the parties involved.

I will send an email to the management agent so that they are aware of this forum for them to come in to know of the residents' grievances and for them to respond in kind.

As some already know, there will be a change in the MA come September 01 2009 to Knight Frank.

There are many issues that have been brought up here but not many have had anyone attend to it.

Please be rest assured that once Knight Frank is in place, I will seek out the person in charge(PIC) and will bring up the relevant issues to him/her.

Also, there will be a group of people that will try their best to work for you and speak on your behalf.
There are 1 or more of them from every block.

I will update this thread with contact for them and the PIC once I have it.
