towels and laundry hanging from windows

Would it be possible to prohibit people from hanging laundry and towels from their windows. Or is this already not allowed in the statutes of CSR. If not then it should be forbidden like in any other condo. We sometimes have the feeling like living in an HDB. But since we are paying more rent here than for an HDB apartment I would have expected it not looking like an HDB. Nevertheless some tenants do not seem to care and do not have high standards for themselves.

these tenants / owners should read / know the regulations of condo living...

management should take actions ....

On several occasions I spotted resident hanging bedsheets, blankets, towels outside the windows in full view of everyone. On windy days, they flew like "banners". Definitley visible from the guardhouse. I wonder whether the guards would take the initiative to go up to the units concerned and tell the residents to remove the laundry.
