Whining dog in block 6 Empty Whining dog in block 6

Post  JoelCere Mon Sep 21, 2009 10:56 pm

Hello,

There is a dog, trapped on a balcony that whines and cries from morning to midnight in block 6. I have talked to several neighbors to find out who the dog belongs to and some of them have already complained to the management about it. We even went on a mission to find it with a neighbor. I cannot wait to find the owner and give him/her a piece of my mind (Not to mention sending the SPCA straight to his/her home) but cannot find where the dog is.

Have you heard this dog? Do you know which flat it is in?

Any help appreciated as the dog is obviously distressed, and making its neighbors distressed.

Joel

Yeah, I heard it. No only that, I woke up very early at 6am every morning and the dog (dun know is it the same one, sounded coming from a 'huge' dog Evil or Very Mad ) is already barking non-stop. Really irritating ! Evil or Very Mad

perhaps you could try to narrow down the parameters to search by defining whether the sound comes from above or below you.

if joelcere does the same, then you'd be able to better guess where the sound is from.

I think we should place priority over catching the strays around our areas. Like you, i hear it whenever the lights go out. It may be my position but i realised that the dog on block six tends to bark when the strays start to. most of the time when the block 6 dog barks its due to the dogs ard the construction site barking and yelping at those godforsaken hours causing the block 6 dog to do the same
