Look what I have found at my staircase parapet this morning!!! The last time was inside my house in July which we reported to the security guard. The security guard went up to investigate but tenant denied. Thank god, I don't see any cigarette butt/ashes in my house after that incident. This is not the first time it has happen. What can we do to stop these bad habits???
