Problem in Basement 2 carparks Empty Problem in Basement 2 carparks

There are some repair works being done in Basement 2 for more than 1 month.

It seems like something is wrong with the floor.

Today, I took a closer look. It seems like the floor is cracking and it is leaking down to basement 3.
Let hope it is not very serious and a review should be done before the handover from CDL.

Problem in Basement 2 carparks Empty Cracks on B2 Floor

Post  LOGIC Wed Sep 09, 2009 5:45 pm

After reading your post went down to B2 with another neighbour, By George, the floor really cracks up all over the place. Usually one walk straight, eyes above ground. Now we better look at all the common flooring of the estate. This forum is really useful we can alert each other to the deficiencies of the estate and have them speedily rectify by the developer before the validity date is up or it will end up with all SP paying out of our own pocket.

Problem in Basement 2 carparks Empty Re: Problem in Basement 2 carparks

On the weekend, I saw the person doing the work and went to talk to him about his works.

It seems like the floor has cracks and water will leak to the lower level, the person is drilling hole and pumping some chemical in to fill up the crack/gap.
Currently, the works are done in B2 but the person mentioned that the problem also exist on B1.

I am not an expert in building contruction.

Can the cracks and leaks lead to a structure or foundation problem ?
