Misuse in booking of facilities

The MA seems to be a little slack in allowing for the booking of facilities within the estate. The day for the opening of the facilities for booking and the number of times a resident can book a facility in a given month had not been followed. Possibly a computer system could be designed to track the booking made by residents from a particular unit. This is to be fair to all residents.

Also, it may be useful for the MA to impose an aircon fee for the use of the Function room to prevent misuse and also to help keep our Maintenance fee low. Most condos do impose this fee. I would propose a reasonable fee to be in a region of between $30 to $40.

adopt a small fee for using facilities ( tennis court/barbaecue pits/function/karoake room )is reasonable.....especially.....2 prevent misuse/bookings / proper maintenace of premises....

Fully agree use of facilities should be rotated fairly among residents and also collecting of fees to offset expenses for the maintenance of equipments and use of electricity.We as SP have to foot all these bills in the end while tenants enjoy it free.
The mere collection of deposits is just for show as one look at the damage inflicted on equipments in our new estate. The MA just return you the deposit after the event without even bothering to check for any damage.
