I guess it should be around SGD$4500/month for a 3-bedroom. Can easily find out from the websites of real estate companies or check in the rental sections in local newspapers.

Thanks for the figures quoted. I think that is a fair amount. Hope to fetch $5k:-).

Have received call from agent with client running maid agency. A no no to me
cos potential of the unit becoming a dormitory is very high.
Even if the offer is high.

Is the sublet and short-term condotel situation serious?
