CSR vs. Citylights - Property prices
Those investors [eg. Indonesian, etc] and others who are currently bidding up the prices for Citylights are making a grave mistake. At present, Citylights seem to command a slight premium over CSR.
However, they fail to realise that Citylights sits on 99-year Leasehold land while CSR sits on Freehold land. After about 10 years when the development begins to show its age, its value will start to plummet.
Also, it is located on the same street, just a stone throw's away from Singapore Casket, and other [Si Lang Keng].
Don't say we did not tell you...
