Landry hanging from windows

I see a number of units who handgtheir laundry at the windows. Most of it must be the work of the foreign students. This is very unsightly and gives the condo a low class look. If there is already a rule on disallowing this, then the MA should enforce it. Otherwise once the MC is set up they should look into passing a by-law on disallowing this.

Yes, agree that our condo has a few units which hang out laundry
at their windows. The security is supposed to find out which unit is doing
it and go up to their unit to warn them. After 3 warnings a fine be imposed.
All fines go towards sinking fund.
But are they doing their work?? Mr.Tan should send someone from the office
to walk ,now and then, to check , then call security to go up to the units
to warn them. There is a bye law in all condos that laundry hannging is
not allowed except in washing/drying area!! Management ought to do somthing about it!! Enforce the rules!

It is no use if the bye-laws have no 'teeth' and are ineffective. What are the penalties if a resident/tenant defies warnings after warnings for examples, hanging clothes on windows, parking on handicap lots, cars with no decal, swimming fully clothed etc.... Maybe the Management should set up a list of penalties that can be imposed? eg..clamping illegally parked cars...
Seems like alot need to be done to keep some people in line....
