Funny Happenings again!!

Today an electrician from CDL rang my doorbell and said that he
was sent to see to my disrupted electricity supply!! I was surprised
because I did not call the management office nor CDL service centre.
In fact, no one from my home called to complain! When I approached
the Management office and service centre, they too mentioned that they had
not called anyone to go to my apartment!! Dont you all think it is rather strange??
Who is playing all these pranks? I dont think it is pleasant nor funny!!
