Just heard a rumour from a reliable source~!
City Square Residence MA will be taken over by Knight Frank from September 09.
Don't know how this will affect us or whether it will be of help.
Share your views please.

yeah, i also got this info from the letter box, but how will it affect us as residents?

It's been confirmed today via a circular sent to all letter boxes.
Knight Frank will be the new MA from Sept 2009 onwards.
With a new MA around, residents can advise them on the challenges faced by the previous MA so that Knight Frank can look into these and solve them.
Better hurry to make up a list of them challenges~!
