during rainy days, MANY snails will come out of the mud and come into the pavements.
as the pavements are NOT brightly lit, the poor snails often become victims.
they are been stepped on and grossly the body parts are smeared by the footsteps to other parts of the estates and to the lift lobby....
sigh...

this time today, i see a snail crawling again from the chair direction towards the swimming pool!?!

also today as well, i witnessed an eldery lady almost tripped at the step from the clubhouse to the bbq area...

(1) Are there any way to prevent the big number of snails crawling around during the rainy days? any measures could be taken...
(2) Could the pavements and walkway be more brightly lit please?
It would be too late when it results in casualties, esp the eldery..and children.... !!!!

management, pls take prompt actions..... thks v much! Smile

pavements and walkway too dim...=> serious safety concern for eldery & children !!!!! Empty pavement walkways dimly lit

Totally agreed!!! On nights when I returned late from work, I also feels that the pavement and walkways are too dimly lit. I am quite certain, it is only a matter of time, before someone is gonna be falling into swimming pools. I had thought maybe it is only me who feels that the place is not brightly lit enough.

pavements and walkway too dim...=> serious safety concern for eldery & children !!!!! Empty Dim Surroundings

When I shifted in January, the Lift at the lobby was always not working. One had to use the stairs, highlighted to MA there was inadequate lighting. She informed me oh is for the AMBIENCE. So CDL thinks AMBIENCE is more important than safety of their customers.
