Very Happy Hi All,
Being not present at the above meeting, I wish to add with regard to the
minutes mentioned.
I support & endorsed the installation of turnstiles at both the side gates of our condo.
Additional security patrol
I wonder why this situation should need to occur in the 1st place. The security agency
is supposed to have enough personnel & put in place a clear timetable of where whom &

which areas of duties their guards are to be at specific times & they just follow. If a guard is
unable to patrol around the vicinity of the pool/barbeque areas (due to MC/on leave whatever reason)
they have to ensure that a guard is replaced for the missing regular one.

Good we are going to start this. About time because when I 1st query the former CM about
this, he said it would cost $5k to do this & so it was a no-no for them to start on it. Do
kindly email to all residents informing them & provide a Link to go into it the 1st time.
Yes, agreed this system should also cater to last minute bookings if available.
As for maximum number of bookings per unit per month, I am for rules to be put in place for
certain facilities that entails heavier expenses on the condo's funds & frequently booked.
My suggestions are :- 1) Barbeque Pits- once a month 2) Function Rooms/Karaoke - twice
a month 3) Tennis - twice a week PER UNIT. Swimming is for no more than 4 swimming
guests per time & accompanied by the resident. This is better than to reach a stage where-
by residents has to pay to use any facility.

The above is jez my feedback/suggestions/comments for the meeting. Thank you all.
